I think the idea is a good one. Spend less Christmas money, donate it to charity. I think that it's definitely a viable option. Remember when your parents bought goats? I bet that was a great idea. I'd like to see where those goats are now. I'm not trying to pass it off as irrelevant due to a technicality, but where did they come up with the Christmas spending average? I'd like to know more about the data that went into that data.
yeah...that's a good question. I don't know how they would tab consumer spending on Christmas vs. consumer spending for any other reason. It must be a rough estimate at best.
